Poke Survivor Download

A Poke Survivor download search has two honest answers. Play online in your browser for co-op and cloud saves, or unzip the official itch HTML pack for offline solo. There is no Steam page and no official APK.

Offline note

What the itch zip actually is

The itch page says the offline pack is solo only and saves in the browser profile that opened index.html. That zip is still HTML5, not an installer.exe.

For friends, ranking, and Google/Firebase cloud saves, skip the zip and use the hosted game. That is the build this site embeds.

Field notes

Practical detail from the official client

Itch pack versus live origin

The itch zip is for people who want to double-click index.html with no tab. The author states that pack is solo and stores the save in the browser that opened the file. Friends, ranking, and cloud merge live only on the hosted origin. If you came from a “full version” blog, you wanted the live origin, not a renamed archive.

Keep the unzipped folder together. Sprites, CSS, and JS are relative. Moving a single index.html onto the desktop breaks the client. There is no setup.exe and no Visual C++ prompt. If a mirror added those, it added junk.

Safety habits

Compare file size and page copy against jpter78.itch.io/pokesurvivor. The itch listing also states AI-assisted code and original music, and that sprites are not AI-generated. A mirror that strips the legal block and the crypto warning is not a courtesy copy; it is a reskin.

Steam, Epic, and mobile stores are empty on the author side. A listing that uses those logos is unofficial. After you confirm the itch zip, you can still keep this hub bookmarked for the English embed, wiki, and APK warnings.

Offline play will not receive live balance changes until you download a newer zip. The iframe on the homepage follows the hosted client, which is the build most people should use.

If the zip fails to load sprites, you likely moved index.html out of its folder. Put the whole directory back together before assuming the archive is corrupt. Keep a copy of the itch URL so you can re-fetch a newer pack when the author posts one.

Deeper notes

Poke Survivor download in practice

The useful Poke Survivor download is the itch zip the author named on the project page. Anything else is a repack until proven otherwise.

That zip does not unlock extra species. The 966 roster is already in the free browser client, and co-op stays online-only.

Keep the folder together and open index.html. An .exe stub around the same files is not official.

Source notes

What official pages and player questions add

Separate access from installation every time the copy is edited.

Name itch as the file source and pokesurvivor.com as the live source.

A Poke Survivor download page that starts with a giant green button is doing it wrong.

FAQ

Poke Survivor Download FAQ

Where is the official zip?

Use jpter78.itch.io/pokesurvivor for the HTML zip, and pokesurvivor.com for the live game with co-op and cloud saves.

Can I play with no local file?

Yes. The browser version is the recommended path, including on this site, and it is the build that still receives patches.

Is Poke Survivor on Steam?

No Steam release is listed by the developer. Store logos in search results are unofficial until itch or GitHub matches them.

What is the safe Poke Survivor download if I refuse the browser?

Use the HTML zip on jpter78.itch.io/pokesurvivor. Unzip the folder, keep the files together, and open index.html. That pack is solo and saves in the browser profile that opened it.

Does a Poke Survivor download unlock extra Pokémon?

No. The 966 roster is already in the free browser client. The zip does not add species, and co-op plus ranking stay on the hosted origin.

Why should I keep the offline game folder together?

Sprites, CSS, and JS are relative. Moving a lone index.html onto the desktop breaks the client. There is no setup.exe and no Visual C++ prompt in the official pack.

Will an offline client zip archive get live patches?

Not until you fetch a newer zip. The homepage iframe follows the hosted client, which is the build most people should keep using for balance changes.

Is a Poke Survivor download on Steam or Epic official?

No. jpter78 has not listed those storefronts. A result that uses those logos is unofficial until the author posts the same link on itch or GitHub.

Can friends join an offline itch session?

No. Official copy says the offline pack is solo. Invite friends on the hosted game with a cloud account if you want a four-player room.

How do I verify a Poke Survivor download is not a reskin?

Compare file size and legal copy against the itch listing. A mirror that strips the Nintendo disclaimer and the crypto warning is not a courtesy copy.
